Hi! I’m Maitri Sridhar, a junior at Chamblee High School in Atlanta, GA. My passion for German was kindled back in 4th grade when I was first introduced to the language, thanks to dedicated teachers who helped me develop a strong foundation and love for the language. These last 7 years, my interest in the language has grown through experiences like tutoring elementary-school and middle-school students in German and taking National German exams.

I’m passionate about expanding access to quality German Language and Culture education having experienced the positive impact it’s had on me. It’s a privilege to serve as the Vice President for SYGEA.
